Troll

It all started back in the mysty depths of time at the First (and only) Annual Troll Hall Dance. The dean of the school called a Mystic (named Fred) a low level monkey boy setting off the great not talking to.

The deans statement was clearly incorrect as Fred was at least a ninth level mokey boy.

The mystic had attended the dance even though he was sent an unvitation expressly asking him not to attend and started causing trouble as soon as he arrived.

It was soon clear that the mystic was just bitter about his failure to obtain a place at the school and wanted nothing more than to spoil the fun of all who had attended.

By the end of the night Fred's tribe and the school had reached an impass with both sides having called each other all the inflamitry names they could creativly come up with and so were reduced to the pettiness of "talk to the hand" and other varients.

Such was the impact of this great speaking of nasty words that no one particularly wanted to go back into the hall after that and it was eventually pulled down to make way for a sports field.

This event is commonly remembered in the collective unconciouse and menifests in the name for anyone found to be acting in an inflamitery manor. We call it Trolling.
